Need Help with Fuel Issue
I got a 95 4dr with a D15b swap. The problem started like 4 weeks ago, the car wouldn't start intermitently. The fuel pump wasnt engageing. Did some searching found out it was likely the Main Relay, replaced it, was good for 2 days, then did it again. Next day had it started and it just stalled. Did the next logical step changed the fuel pump, still no go, I had an extra set of injectors, switched those in, still no go.
Please help, i'm stumped.

Re: Need Help with Fuel Issue (Defile)
No, I get the first click when you turn the key, but the second click which engages the fuel pump and pressurizes the system is missing, this is a new main relay too. I'm about to test it and see if maybe it went out, its only like 4 days old.

Re: Need Help with Fuel Issue (Defile)
Well, I have two different sets of test to test the main relay. One is located at this page, http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq....html the other is from the chilton manual. I used the chiltons test for the power part of the test. it was different than what that page said. I felt safer using a piece of published literature rather than this persons direction. By the chiltons test the main relay passed. By the page though, the continuity test without power, it failed that. However the chilton does not mention these tests at all, so i dont know how reliable it is. Either way i find it hard to believe a 4 day old relay from honda actually failed. I'm going to exchange it anyway on tuesday but in the meantime lets assume its good, since it passed the test and it is pretty much new.
What else could be causing this??

Thanks HT for all the help (Snarl)
After changing the main relay, fuel pump, and swapping out injectors, the problem was the ECU....
Thanks everyone for the help! (Smirk)
