Starting problems 1995 Gs-R
Okay so Im having a starting problem with my gsr. It's a project that's nearly complete except it won't start. It just went through a wire tuck, brake line tuck, fuse box under airbag, and battery relocation. Fuel pump primes, everything gets power, starter gets 12.6 amps, I have the engine bay grounds, the battery is well grounded(checked all grounds for resistance also). It turns over when I jump the starter but it doesn't turn on. I deleted the abs and srs system also. Everything is plugged in except for one grey plug that I can't seem to figure out where it goes. There's no plugs around nor does the fusebox have an open spot for it.
Edit: all wires that needed to be extended was soldiered and checked for continuity.

Any suggestions or ideas where this plug goes?

Update : I got it to turn over with the key. Turns out the rubber pin was missing on the clutch so it wasn't compressing the safety switch. But I still have no idea where the plug goes and my car only turns over once then dies out.
