Rear Negative Camber
My 1999 Civic EX has a 2 degree negative camber on the rear left wheel. This occured after all the rubber bushing were replaced in the rear. When I replaced the trailing arm bushing, I installed it per the manufactures measurement of 10 mm (it had a range of 10 to 12 mm). Is it possible that this is pushing the arm out? The car drifts to the left on flat roads. The alignment shops says they can't adjust the camber. Any advise would be great.
Bent or damaged upper and/or lower control arms? 5th & 6th gen civics don't have adjustable camber unless you get aftermarket upper control arms. I think up to -2 is acceptable with stock suspension but both sides should be within a degree. Go to a different alignment shop. If their rack says everything is within specs and they aren't concerned enough to find the actual problem you need to go elsewhere.

I would be more worried about the other side being at zero. You want some chamber. I run my rear chamber between - 1.5 to -2.0.
