'97 after front suspension work, steering wheel at 2:00 instead of 12:00 positio.
'97 LX sedan D16Y7 - I replaced the upper control arms (includes ball joints and bushings), lower ball joints, tie rod ends (includes ball joints), and the driveshafts on both sides. I put the tie rod ends to the same thread count on the adjusting bolt.
The car drives straight, and doesn't seem to pull (at least on first test drive), but the steering wheel is now at 2 o'clock or do instead of 12 while driving straight.
It should have an alignment, I know... but can misalignment cause this?
Do they move the wheel position after alignment if needed, typically?
Thanks!

unfortunately you can't really exactly put things back the way they were when dealing with alignment parts.
steering wheel position will be taken care of with an alignment, yes. you center the wheel and then proceed with adjustments.

You can always pull the steering yoke out of the splines by the inside firewall and realign... under the dash, should be where the steering shaft goes through the firewall down into the rack and pinion...
Thanks.
Upon further testing it looks like it pulls to the left also... so I will get it aligned.
Thanks again.
