My right high beam is always on even after I turn off my car it just won't turn off but my right one turns off this started happening about a month ago I just have the right low/high beam disconnected. Help please

 

Have you tampered with any of the electrical wires? Any more info?

 

No I haven't I let my friend barrow my car nd he took the fuse out for the light while the car was on, I'm guessing thats y it wont turn off. Every time I turn my car off I gotta take the fuse out or it won't turn off unless I do that.
