91 integra ls idle problems

whenever i start my car is doesnt want to idle then whenever the check engine light comes on it idles fine. what would cause this?

Post the code.... do you mean when it goes off strange that CEL code for something coming on would make things better.

its throwing code 15 which is ignition output signal, thats what i read up on.
