Default 01 shifting issues when cold

My 01 accord 4cyl the transmission slips when going into 2nd & 3rd when its cold once warm then shifts like new 110k on car. If I start off in 2nd for a mile or so slow then put into d4 no problems. Could this be the linear solenoid bypassing fluid or something or a shift solenoid or do I need to just drive it till it quit type thing?

What type of fluid is in the transmission? Is this a 4 cyl or 6 cyl?
