Default SRS & Check Engine Light

I currently have an SRS light, and a check engine light on in my car.

I would like to know if anyone has any ways for me to tell what my SRS light is on for, and does anyone know the common problems and how to fix them. It's not the seat belt clicker because its constantly on and doesn't go on or off when I plug the seatbelt in.

My check engine light is on for catalyst efficiency below threshold. I originally had an exhaust leak but, I replaced the downpipe gasket and the leak is gone. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I'd rather not replace the cat if I don't have to. If anyone has had the same code and has replaced something else to get it light off, I would appreciate the help.

Thanks for your help.
