My civic is given me a hard time, it have an ls vtec turbo fully build.

When I start her, let her warm for a minutes or immediately no matter, when I press the gas it bogs for a second and then rev's. It's like a misfire or bad injector. No CEL present.

When I remove the injectors plugs one by one the engine want to stall, so they are working.

I replace:

1-TPS omni (.48 - 4.5V)
2-coil (new Replacement)
3-Ignitor =NEC
4-rotor Oem
5-cap Oem
6-plugs Ngk bkr7e-11@.25
7- Wires he64 a few months ago.

i'm lost!!! Any help will be appreciate.

 

Normally I would guess ignition or sometimes even a loose throttle cable. Sometimes you need to adjust the throttle stop screw. A shop would normally say "replace throttle body", but a true tuner knows how and when to adjust the throttle body. If it is laggy in response, turn the stop screw in and readjust the idle speed screw.

 

Yesterday night take her for a spin after clean the inside of the dizzy there's a little of oil and it's when I notice a jumpy tach at high RPM's.

Since the problem start I'm not pushing her and yesterday I did it. When the tach reach 6.5K jumps to 9k and back to 6k and remain jumping from there.

now I guess the ignitor I bougth from a friend it's bad. Going to try a new one from Autozone.

When install the TPS I set the stop screw and cable slack.

 

fixed new dizzy!!!
