eBay bolt on kit! Just install it, takes a couple hours. Instant cheap power! And it's reliable.

Everything I just said was a lie. Budget $2000 at least for the turbo kit. If you want to see more than 200 whp I would budget more for building the motor. You will also be down a car or motor for awhile depending on your skill. A turbo will not be safe for the car or your pocket.
