So as the title says. Do these goodridge SS brake lines for a 96-00 fit on a EG?

I just got a set in and i want to use them to put on my rear disks wich i still have from my old EG.

 

rears should. fronts are different.

 

they will work, as long as they are for the same as your car, rears being Drum or Disc. All civics use the same size brake lines. I have a 97 EK with rear disc and bought a set of 08 civic SI ss lines, they bolt right up and are a bit too long. so I just tied thm out of the way.

 

So basically the only problem that might occur is the length of the cable?

How are the fronts different?

 

the fronts on the 96-00 bolt up at the knuckle. the 92-95 have them bolt up at the shock.

 

But they're still able to be used though right? The only difference is where they're attached? Or the actual connection?

 

yes you can use them although you will be unable to utilize the factory style mounting spots. You would have to rig it up so they don't rub anything.
