98 Civic EX Heater Blower Motor not running

98 Civic EX Heater Blower Motor not running
Hey folks,
As the title states, my heater blower completely stopped working when it was perfectly fine on Friday, 10/18/13. The only thing that changed between Friday morning to this morning is that I changed the an old headunit(doesn't play MP3) to a brand new one using the old aftermarket harness from the older HU. Nothing else was touched afaik. Please keep in mind that I have not checked anything and can not do so until I'm off work.
Any suggestions as to what I should be checking besides the obvious fuse, resister, etc? It's really odd it would completely stop working.
