help, my 98 civic ex speedo dont work

Default help, my 98 civic ex speedo dont work
the speedo and temp guage dont work, but the rpm and gas guages work. how do i fix it?

1. check fuses
2. buy new speedo , did you bring the car over 100mph?

Have you checked the VSS for the speedometer and the temperature sending unit for the temperature?

trying to check fuse now. its a 98 civic with 94 gsr motor. have not check vss or the other thing, dont know how. thanks.

the vss is a little plug near the transmission, its hard to explain where it is. is it auto or manual?

it might be the fuel floater inside your tank n a wire conected to it,,check it out...good luck

wow so many things to check. manual. has usdm gsr motor and tranny.
