Flex Seal my Trunk
My trunk has a small, rusty hole that rotted through to the ground and it's really not bad besides the small hole. But, I want to cover it up and maybe the rest of the trunk too...
So I thought of Flex Seal, it's a rubberized leak sealer in a can for those who don't know what it is. So, my questions are:
1. Does anybody know if it will work and stay on there and become atleast semi-permanent?
2. Does it stink for a while? It has many harmful chemicals in it that you shouldn't breathe and I need to know if it dries and airs out quickly. I don't want my hatch to smell like spray paint for weeks lol
TL:DR, Flex Seal my trunk to cover a rust hole, will it work? Will my car stink like **** for weeks if I do?

I have used just run of the mill rubber undercoating in my trunk before with no issues. Just did it on a dry day and left all the windowns down and trunk open so it could air out and dry for the day. I would personally try to fill the hole with some epoxy or JB weld and coat over it.
