Without stiffer valvesprings you're going to be limited in the cam department. You could possible get away with itr cams with your gsr valvetrain

With any aftermarket camshaft, a Valvespring/retainer upgrade would always be required.

Budget? Power goal?.. Daily driven / track?

I had very good success with JUN3 Cams, Blox Valvesprings and Retainers. Although looking back I would probably use Supertech instead now. 3 inch intake custom length for optimal performance, ARP studes. Stock JDM ITR block.

JUN 3 cams are proven performers. If the OP is on a budget, the Blox spec Cs are an identical replica of the Jun3. I'm not a big fan of replicas, but if it's all the OP can afford, then so be it.

You can get a Blox head package of cams, springs and retainers for under a grand. That leaves you about $500 for install + tuning which isn't much, but it's doable.

not well on a lower 10.0:1 compression. Those things were made for higher static compression and supplementally parts supplied engines. Those are just too big.

Search user " SOLODC" .. if you want a straight forward, budget bolt on/cammed motor that will make 200+Whp and run 12's in a integra, follow his setup type..

Also using a proven parts help a lot and a good tuner.
