Icon2 C27A into Series Landrover

I have removed a honda C27A out of a Rover Sterling 827i. I'm planning to put it in my 1960 Series II SWB Landy. I currently have a Cologne V6 in it and I fancied a change.

The question I have is what is the direction of rotation for a C27A, please ? I have read many threads claiming that all Cs are anti (counter) clockwise rotators, but one or two people have suggested that this particular engine may be not.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Thanks

Easiest most reliable way would be tolook at the tensioner. It will be on the backside. Telling you which diretion it spins

the simple answer: Clockwise.

the reason/complicated answer: The crankshaft pulley rotates in the same direction as the wheels as installed on all hondas. so a C27 is on the right side (driver's perspective). looking at the crankshaft pulley the front of the car is to the right... so the crank spins clockwise.
