Icon2 96 Accord P1362 Code

I have a 96 Accord EX 2.2 vtech - I had a bad crank shaft position sensor. I replaced the sensor the car starts now however, it is throwing the P1362 code for the TDC sensor. Help? Any ideas?

What did you do with the TDC sensor when you replaced the CKP sensor? The TDC and CKP are both mounted to the oil pump housing. Usually when you replace the CKP sensor you would have also had to have replaced the TDC sensor. They both come on the same harness. Did you disconnect the TDC from the 4 pin connector?

Check to make sure that the connector is clean and all 4 wires are tight into the connector. The P1362 is an indication that the TDC sensor is not hooked up, or that the ECU is not receiving any signal.

No I replaced both sensors, I ll have to check the connection because its not throwing the code all the time. At least the car is still apart and not put back all together.
