is there a common issue in these cars with damaging clusters?
it seems like a lot of people are having either cluster or parts of it stop working much more often than other year/models.
when I bought the car dude said he replaced original cluster because fuel and temp gauge stopped working

right after I got it my temp gauge stopped working. and I don't know if fuel gauge was working or not.

I got another cluster and my fuel gauge is all the way on top.
I just drove 60 miles and it didn't move at all

so unless im not used the the great gas mileage I think theres some kind of issue in the car

 

If you unplug the fuel sending unit under the rear seat and then turn the key to ON(II), does the fuel gauge needle drop?

Does the temp gauge work?
