Lose the intake and get a 3inch short ram with a velocity stack.
Get a better header like a toda rep or hytec rep.
Upgrade injectors with a better spray pattern if you haven't yet.

Who tuned it? Total timing? AFR? Cam gear settings?

Dyno sheet?

I'd say a few things. Drop the exh, see if you can gain anything open header, if you do, obviously your exh is a huge restriction, I'd also look into a bigger intake, custom tuned length. I'd also see what it runs at the track before you change anything as well. Dyno numbers mean squat and majority of the time now, hold less and less water as compared to track trap speed.

Now that you have a bases, Take it to the track, see what it traps, from there, modify, this is called "testing" and "tuning" you'll learn a lot and figure out what makes your motor go faster, while not hype riding.

Off the top though, A Better intake, Header, and 3'' piping should easily get you to the 2xx mark.

Exactly.

But on a real note. I made 207 with a 2.5 exhaust and bigger cams. But if your absolutely set on 2xx I would say better intake (whale dicks are crap) a Header. And cams would get you over it without doing anything crazy.

Nothing too crazy meaning a PLM header (Toda rep, etc), 2.5-3" CAI, and of course bigger cams.

That might do it. But again no guarantees unless you have a good tune and healthy motor.

Fixed it
Everyone gets so caught up on numbers. It's a tuning tool. My last GSR made 190whp and ran 13.5's compared to my buddies car that dyno'd at 210whp and barely was hitting 14.xx in the same chassis pulling almost the same 60' numbers. I trapped at 102 he was trapping at 100.
From personal experience that whale dick is a waste, just looks nice. A 3" SRI w/ a BPi stack will get you some good gains all over the graph.
As for exhaust if you gain power with it off then when you hit the track take it off. For DD though keeping cops off your *** and being able to hear the radio is much more of a perk.

The Toda-style header is nice. It's primary pipe-length compliments the IM runner-length you have
