Do the later year civics have two o2 sensors? I hav a 90 & I only have the one on the manifold.

Hello,

These headers have 2-O2 Sensor ports, one on the top part of the manifold and one on the bottom section (close to the test Pipe).

In case you do not need either one, they come with their proper plugs in case one isn't needed.
