93 Accord no spark and blowing ECU fuse
My 93 Accord stated acting a little funny two weeks ago. Lights started flickering at night intermittently and the engine would surge intermittently. 3 days ago it barely started in the AM but had no flickering or surging all day, it ran great. Same thing the next day. Then yesterday it would not start so I put in a new battery. It started right up, but when I took the battery terminal off it died instantly.
When I tried to start it, it turns over fine but blows the ECU fuse as soon as I turn the key. I replaced the alternator and same thing. Tested the spark and it is getting zero spark. What do you think? Is it the ECU?

You could test the main relay. There are times that the solder joints fail on the main relay and cause an intermittent electrical issue... Not so much the blown fuse though. YOu will have to find the open in the circuit. Could be a bare wire or the ECU. You will have to track it down with a volt/multimeter.
for something like this it might be best to just bite the bullet and take it to a shop that specializes in electrical issues
btw never take off the battery cable while the car is running it can actually cause an electrical surge...which could actually have caused your new issue
