quick question so the other day i was driving and i had ripped my IACV hose and it slowly leaked out all the fuild when i went to fix it and fill it all back up i noticed my tank was full of coolant so my question is once the radiator became empty why didnt it pull over the fluid from the tank to the radiator?

 

Because you have a leaking hose. When the fan runs, air will be sucked from the broken hose into your system instead of pulling from the reservoir.
