91 Integra cel code 1 I think?
1991 Integra LS
Cel 1 - Check engine light O2 Sensor on.
Ok so if you watch the video here you will see it looks like the ECU is reporting Code 1 or it could be code 10??
Also you will notice there is some smoke that comes out normally more then in the video the car is running RICH it seems to smell like gas from the exhaust.
I replaced the O2 Sensor today and reset the ECU - then after 30 minutes the ECU started reporting CODE 1 again…
Little background on the car it used to be my 17 year old brothers but it got stolen.
Once the police found it - The ECU was taken and the intake and wheels and tires and radio ripped out as well..
I bought a new ECU the same one that goes in the car, I bought a new intake and installed it correctly (I believe) and left the radio out.
Here is pictures of the engine bay and the intake that I installed.

The problem could be anywhere in the car since it was stolen I don't know what else could have been fucked with..
Any help? ideas? My mom gave me the car because she was going to junk it but I decided to take it off her hands for free so here I am trying to get the check engine light off so I can SMOG the car and take ownership of it.

'90 and '91 Integras do not display their error codes with the Check Engine light. Instead they display them as flashes of the little red LED on the face of the ECU.
My manuals don't even show what that light is that's flashing on your instrument panel. What does it say on it?

I confess that I didn't watch the entire video originally. Now I see the blinks of the LED: That is indeed Code 1, the oxygen sensor code.
As far as the vacuum setup goes, the only mistake I can see right now is that you've got a skinny blue line running from the upstream intake, connecting the dashpot (left device) and the Air Boost Valve (right device) upper connections together with a white tee and some black hose. This setup is incorrect.
The Dashpot's vacuum connection is supposed to be SEPARATE from the Boost Valve, and is supposed to have check valve in the line. This check valve is missing.
Also, on the Air Boost Valve's lower connection that goes to the elbow on top of the intake, is that a giant split I see in the vacuum line?

I read a few places that say you can just CAP off the Dashpot and the Boost Valve - can you confirm thats okay to just put a nipple/cap over them?
That one hose on the top does have a little tear but the hose seems doubled layered like it has a tear on the top layer but theres another hose inside of that layer thats intact

The Dashpot is only for lift-throttle emissions; the Boost Valve is only for very cold-weather starts.
There may be other issues with your intake setup, but I'd need to go over your pics and my unmolested factory-original intake in detail, which I don't have time for right now.
I got a new AEM intake today that actually has 3 holes like the stock intake. so im going to put that in and run all the intake related stuff correctly tonight hope it helps some.
As for the OS2 sensor I replaced it and the CODE 1 is still coming up even after ecu reset/reboot.

I guess maybe the next step for the O2sensor is to follow the O2sensor single wire all the way back and trace it and make sure it did not get cut or broke somewhere ?!

Ok, update!
After replacing the O2Sensor the light was still on (after resetting the ecu)
So I followed the Single O2Sensor wire back up the harness and found that behind a bunch of black tape there was a cut in the wire that was very poorly put together with black tape and just hanging on by a string..
I recut the wire and connected it correctly with some wire connectors crimpers and heat shrink wrap..
Reset the ECU again and drove the car today for 60 Miles and the check engine light has not come back on!! Also the car seems to be running better (before it was noticeably running rich)
