Hey,
I have an 2003 Honda Civic EX , and been having some issues with it, had to replace heater core and what not and still having a few questions/issues.

When i turn my heat on , the fans seems to constantly run, basically kick on every 10-15 seconds it seems like..is this a common thing ?

Also , its happened a few times, not so much lately, but sometimes, its like antifreeze is getting spit or burped out of somewhere in the front by the overflow tank , its not like a LOT (sometimes a bit more then usual) , but it causes the thermostat to go up a bit sometimes, but goes back to normal, I was thinking its cause of too much antifreeze in it, but still would like some confirmation on that as well..
