ok so ive been doing some searching and am still in questioning about doing something so maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

i have a gsr transmission that has had an lsd installed in it. Id rather have a b16 tranny considering my engine is a built n/a LS. I was trying to figure out if i can just take the whole final gear assembly from the GSR with the lsd and put it in the b16 tranny?

 

diff, bearings, shim, ring gear, and counter shaft. switch them all over and check end play.
