Default b16 question.

I am having problems with my swap. I'm getting the ECT and TP error code. I use to have others but they were fixed. My other question would be what type of ECU am I suppose to be running? I have a PR3 right now and its supposedly chipped by Skunk2. But the odd thing is that I hit the rev limiter at 7100. It just bounces off at that point. My VTEC ain't working either. I don't hear the loud noise its suppose to make. I had 6, 7, 10, 21, 23 ECU error codes. I got 10, 21, and 23 fixed but not 6 and 7. Could that prevent me from hitting VTEC and hitting my rev limiter at 7100. Its a 1st Gen B16. Thanks guys, I need all the info I can get.

Yes, those two will put you into backup mode w/o VTEC.

#6 = coolant temp
#7 = throttle angle

so that would definitely make my car limit at 7100 and not hit VTEC right?
So what do I do?
replace the sensors??
or replace the whole harness?
