Icon5 1988 Honda Civic Wagovan Rare RT4WD FS or FT

For sale I have a 1988 Honda Civic Wagovan, the sought after RT4WD ( Real Time 4 Wheel Drive )version, not the FWD, true Honda enthusiasts will know that these are quite rare, hence the asking price despite the age which is 3400 OBO

The reason for selling is simply because I have too many toys, I had big plans for this vehicle but my other vehicles are a priority as of now

First, the good things

- Front wheel bearing replaced less then 500 miles ago
- Everything brake related in the rear end has been replaced, drums, wheel cylinders, shoes, hardware
- All coolant hoses have been upgraded to Mishimoto silicone hoses
- Timing belt, water pump, cam seals, crank seal, and valve cover gasket has been replaced in the last 2,000 miles
- New radiator
- A/C has been recharged
- All fluids have been drained and refilled, brake fluid, power steering fluid, trans fluid, differential fluid, oil
- New spark plugs
- New windshield wipers
- Replaced all bulbs, there isn't a light that doesn't work
- Windshield seal was fixed
- Valves were adjusted
- 14 inch MB wheels with fresh tires
- Blower motor was replaced
- 2nd owner of vehicle
- No lights on the dashboard, meaning no CEL, brake or airbag light or anything of the sort
- No cracks on the dashboard
- No serious rust, frame rails and subframes are good
- 35 dollars to fill her up!

I myself am a certified mechanic at Honda, so you don't have to worry about if anything was done the right way

On to the bad things

- As you would expect for a car this age, the paint isn't great, but I was planning on getting the whole car re-painted anyways, which is why I didn't care
- Tear in the driver seat, pretty typical for Honda's of the EF generation
- Very minor rear quarter panel rust in right rear, very typical for Honda's of this generation
- Driver side door panel ( pictured )
- Speedo makes a little noise sometimes, works fine, barely noticeable

As of right now the miles are sitting at 166,XXX, I do daily the car but don't really have a long commute, plus these D series motors will outlast anything, if asking price is met I will throw in another D16Y8 long block

So that's it, I hate to see her go, but if you're looking for a very reliable, great on gas, comfortable vehicle with 4 doors, look no further

Contact me through e-mail vitelioflores@yahoo or 301-442-6 one five seven as i dont get on as often so pm's might take a while to respond

As far as trades go, I would like an EG Civic hatch, MUST be 5 speed, but I will entertain any trades, the only requirement would be that it has to be a manual

If only you'd be interested in a 03 Jetta 1.8t, I've wanted one of these for as long as I can remember. Somewhat local too.
