Any possible way with this swap
1. I was wondering if I was to swap a 94-98 gsr or ls in my 99 civic I won't be able to pass smog right ? Or will I be able to ?
2. Also I was wondering can I swap a older single v or single non v from the egs an pass smog in my 99 civic ? I know I'll be losing power but I can't find no d16y8 or y7 motor .
