I had a CEL light on so I pulled the code which came up as a 41 primary o2 sensor heater. I replaced the sensor and reset the light which stayed off. The light was off for about 3 days and the cel came back on. Now the code is 1 o2 sensor #1. Is it common or possible to get a faulty sensor or is it more likely a problem with the car somehow? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

 

Ohm test the 2 sensor wires. Also use a code reader to get the OBD2 code.
