Have a small amount of change to spend and I'm not sure where I should spend it. Both of these come out to close to the same price (actually the sway bar will be free when I sell my stock one).
I'd get VAFC, 23 mm bar, pads and if you still have any left over, get the SS lines.
Another option would be to hold up for a couple months and save your money. If you could live with that, you could do someting Totally Radical Dude! (fully upgraded motor or suspension)

Really depends on what you like to do. If you drag, get the go fast parts. If you go to track days, get the stop fast parts. Personaly I find screaming into a corner under heavy brakeing a lot more exciting than straits.

i'm going with option number 2, but it depends, like Dr. P said

I agree with Dr. P go with option 1 if you want your car to go faster.. but you also must think... you also have to tune if you get cam gears and VAFC, rite? or whats the use of getting them? and options 2 you wouldnt have to do any tuning. but wouldnt be putting them in to real good use unless you track or autox your car

So to answer the question yes I do autocross. (yeah I know I'm stuck up
it was my first win so sue me).If I got the other things I would get the car tuned on a dyno. I'm leaning towards the brake and handling mods anyway. If the votes were even remotely close (I figured VAFC would come out on top because it seems like those who autocross are a minority) I was going to go with it.
Oh and after reading the install instructions for the motor mount inserts I might just leave them out this time around.
