Default Possible ground or battery issue?

I'll try to describe my symptoms as well as I can.
This started on Friday of last week.

Car: 93 civic SI w/ Type R swap

Came to a stop at the stop light today.

- interior lights seemed to flicker
- head unit turning on and off
- idle became very low, thought it was gonna die

As I left the stop light, my speedometer was shooting up to like 45mph and down to 0 and back again.

No CEL.

Turned car off, turned back on. No problem.

Last week, I started the car after it was sitting outside all night.
Pretty cold.

It started up fine, idled for about 2 min.
Rpms dropped low, then died.
But it was like the battery lost connection.
Because my head unit and clock were both reset!

Other than that, no issues.
