Default Energy Suspension bushings for rear control arms any good?

Hey guys
do any of you have the Energy Suspension rear control arm bushings
on your cars? are they any good??
I just got them put in on my rear control arms, but do you know why they
aren't meant to be "pressed" in place like the OEM ones. They sorta just sit there and have play in them...is that the way they were designed and why ?

Yeah they are nice but check out http://www.fitzperformance.com

Fitz makes polyurethane bushings and his rubber is harder than ES or Prothane...Tell them Zee reffered you and you may get a package deal...

I do. And yeah, they're good. They locate the arm better then
the crapper stock rubber crap. GREASE is good here.
I don't understand the free play though.

Free play, are you sure you got the right ones? On mine, there isn't any free play. I had to use a vice to get them in.

with the ES you have to reuse yours stock hardware but it is a nice cheap investment. I like the Prothane better. It gives you new hardware with the bushing, later

For the ES master set, there is very little "reuse" of the bushing shells. For the ES ones, for most of the bushings, you completely get rid of the bushing shell and press in a totally polyurethane bushing. The prothanes are TONS more expensive, and to be honest, I don't think they're any better.

Anybody else who has actually put these in have ES or Prothanes?
