Icon2 testing a map sensor without a vacume pump??

my car is still running rich even with its new o2 sensor. about -2 to -5 both short term and long term at idle and gets higher wile driving or accelerating up to -10 wile crusing at 3k rmp in 4th.

iv read online to check the map sensor. can some one help me out with this i have a multi meter but no vacume pump is there any standard reading it should be at at idle and under throttle in neutral?

i unpluged the conector from the sensor and one pin is 0 volts(guessing ground) and one pin is 5.07 volts (guessing power) but the other is 4.8 volts... im asuming signal but should that one even have a signal voltage if its unpluged?

either way i put some back probe pins in the conector and it read about .8ish no throttle and up to 2.8ish when snaping the throttle open.
