anyone have a z10 crossmember on their crx?
does anyone have any pics of a z10 crossmember on a 88-91 crx , is this a true bolt on product or does it require and mods, it will be used on a street driven crx turbo zc, any info or help would be appreciated
You have to drill out the spot welds on the stock radiator mounting tabs and pry them off. the radiator will now sit on the z 10 bar instead. Some people say the hear creaking and rattling with their z 10's , but I havent experienced that with mine.
I have a set on my car. It does hang a little lower, but not much. If you chassis is straight, it's a bolt-on. My frame must have been off a bit, because the holes that bolt up at the tow hook locations didn't match up. Other than that, it was a pretty easy job.

ALLshOw I think the 92-95 rad is taller , if it is I dont think it will work(dont quote me though) . You would also have to add a mounting bung to the bar since its narrower.
Solo That bar is the stock front bumper support
Thats the only thing stopping whatever I hit(or hit's me) from putting my motor on my lap besides the frame rails.
Jeff C That's the car. Soon to be 240whp
...........I hope
Thanks for all the good feedback guys
