So this started a few weeks ago, sometimes my car would start up normally: Key in the ignition, and sometimes I would have to press on the gas pedal and turn the ignition so get the car started..I know it happens more when I'm low on gas, but it can happen when I am on full. Also as of yesterday 10/3/13 my car makes this whirring noise when I make turns goin like 5 mph but after I've bee driving for a while, there would be no noise. Just when I pull up to a redlight or stop sign. So the last of bad news my radiator started to leak/ or over fill or whatever, it was dripping and had puddles at the top of it.

I've got a 97 accord EX v6 J30A01 200k miles
