what springs to use with b16a swap?

what springs to use with b16a swap?
i have ground controls with koni yellows on my hatch with b16a swap. i want to go with a nice progresive rate spring instead of coil overs. what are you guys using and your opinoin on them? i dont want to go low, maybe like 1.5"

are they the skunk2 adjustable coil overs? or are they the just the spings? i have had the skunk2 adjustables and i did not like them. the only springs that i have had that i liked were intrax and sprint.

i already have gc with koni's, i dont like them. i want to use a regular progresive rate coil non adjustable. skunk2 makes non adjustable too.

Yes, I have those, Progress makes springs for our CRX/Civics with a B-series swao and they are awesome! Before these I had Junk2s (Skunk2s) and they SUCKED.

how do you like the koni/gc setup....y do you want to change from coilovers?...sorry to jack your thread i am planing on gettin a set of konis and i have gc's...jsut wondering y you dont like them

I have the H&R race springs and have blown 3 different sets of shocks GR-2's, tokico blues, and Finally tokico illuminas. I just drive street and had the illuminas set on 3 they only lasted about 3 months lol. I think the H&R's are not very friendly springs maybe koni yellows can handle them.

He doesn't want to go lower than 1.5 in ..........maybe he'd prefer some neuspeed sports though
