My SRS light is on. I jumped the two pin connector to get the code. The SRS light Comes on for 6 seconds goes out and then after 3-4 seconds it comes back on and stays constant. It doesn't flash a trouble code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There are a variety of possible causes for this problem. You need the factory service manual for you car. It details a series of electrical tests used to pinpoint the problem.

 

Is this a 0-0 Code?

 

For 96-00 Civics, it's not assigned a code. It's just defined by the SRS light on while driving and the same with the service connector jumped.

It came back on, on the way home. Checked it again still no codes. Reset it again last night and on the way to work this morning it came back on. To check the codes you use the same 2 wire yellow plug with gray wires that you use to reset it, Right?

 

No. You jump the service connector, just like pulling CEL codes.

That's the reason you're not getting a code. Read the link I posted.

Yes, for Civics. You may also need to remove a cover on the passenger side.
