Default Clutch adjustment - 2002 RD7

Hi All,

My clutch is starting to bite very high up on the pedal but it's holding fine once engaged.... I know it's all Hydraulic but is there and adjustment or am I up for a new clutch kit?

All the best.

Technically hydraulic clutches don't have adjustment. I would try bleeding the clutch system first. If nothing changes it's probably time for a clutch. I'm not familiar with the 2nd gen crv but, there is a small amount of adjustment where the master cylinder pushrod attaches to the clutch pedal on most cars. Hondas have always had it at least till 2000 or so, maybe longer. Careful that you don't take up the free play slack too much though, you don't want constant pressure on the throw out bearing. It won't last long at all like that
