Did my Ls swap everything hooked properly followed the forum thats on here and here we go. The cars rev limiting at 3800-4000 grand it won't stay on unless peddle is pressed continuous and it smells like fuel heavy i have a 94 LS motor into a 98 civic Ex coup i have the obd2 to obd1 conversion harness runing the ls ecu and nothing

 

Is the check engine light on? If it is check the codes and post them.
