Default 96 honda accord v6 2.7 power steering problem

when ever i turn the wheel left or right reverse or forward it sound like the power steering fluid is low, but when i check it its at max. could the power steering pump be going? please help.

you could buy a power steering build kit and rebuild your pump...they only run about $10 or so

Check the supply hose from the reservoir as well; they get hard and can crack or leak air into the system. If you rebuild the pump do yourself a favor and replace the front bearing and ALL the seals and o-rings.
