Default '91 LX belts

Driving down the road the other day, my belts started squeaking and both (A/C & P/S) belts came off. None of the pulleys are seized but in trying to get the wider belt off, it won't fit between the crank pulley and the fender. I've tried prying and pulling and it's not coming out-plus I have to get the new belt on. Any ideas on how to get it out? Thinking I may have to jack up the engine....

There should be sufficient room to rotate the belt 90° so to slide it past the pulley and frame rail. If not then there may be an issue with the engine mount or crash damage and the belt may be contacting the frame rail.
