alrite. i saw this a while back on hondaracing.ca it was a black civic si with the lense of the headlights that looked like they were tinted blue. its not just a pretty lil blue light bulb....how do you do that?

 

Buy new lights. I've got a friend that picked up a set for his 00 Si (stolen ) I'll ask him where he got them.
