Default Low RPMs, and VTEC help!!!

No CEL's and seems to be in limp mode. When gaining speed, it always shifts at about 2500 RPMs and wont go any higher then 3500 even in 4th gear (Automatic Tranny). Also was trying to figure out why the VTEC wasnt engaging and heres the problem, not connected. Another problem, theres no where to connect it on the ECU (PS9 - obd0). So basically I need to know why im in limp mode, and if theres a way to wire the wires from the celinoid to the ecu without breaking anything, or if I can connect the celenoid directly to a switch. Thanks for reading and feedback would be appreciated.

Celinoid with wires coming out and into the interior of the car-

Ecu, with the celinoid plug not plugged in. (Red cap).

Vtec controller, not sure if this will help-

The switch I could connect it to-

Car info-

I don't know about your vtec set up, but the tranny you can adjust the kick down cable
it should help it shift at higher rpms.
