Default Help me with some wheel choices

Looking for some 15 or 16 inch matte black light weight rims for my Yellow ITR.

I like the Buddy Club p1 sf type, enkei ES Tarmac style, Rota slipstream style, Advan RS and work emotion cr kai. Does anyone offer suggestions of other wheels that may look good or similar to the ones i have suggested?

Must be 5x114.3 obviously.

Do not want to spend more than $1200AUD.

Thanks.

for me, if you want track performance and decent tire choices 15" is the way to go then you can mount on a 205/50 or 225/45 tire.

So you can get the rota slips or rota track r. the slips come in 15x8 as well for about 600

Thanks for the replies guys

Im looking at these ones by stretching my budget a little bit

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=271117759820&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:AU:1123
seller claims they can do 16"x 6.5" in 5x114.3. Would a 42 offset (going by the chart on the auction) work if i was to go this option ? I dont track, just a daily. My current wheels are 16x6 45, car is lowered a tiny bit and i dont scrub at all now.

your reaching on the wrong direction. 15x8 are easy to obtain brand new. from rays 57dr to te 37. but if your into used wheels with adding spacers then theres alot of folks in here that can guide you to mickey mouse 15x8 set up. old mr2 or s15 wheels might be your type of wheels.

I have opened my choice to 15" (but can't seem to find them in 5x114.3)wheels but wouldnt an 8" wide wheel give me clearance/rubbing issues? I definetely do not want to run spacers.

Hey guys

If i manage to find a set of Work Emotion CR Kai wheels, can someone help me with my lug nut choices? I have read about all the different seating types when buying aftermarket wheels.
AM i correct on getting 12 x 1.5 lug nuts? Also what seating type would be suitable?

Thanks.

12x1.5 is right.
Conical not ball seat... most aftermarket tuner nuts will be the right style.

Thanks! Now can you recommend good brands that arent astronomically high in pirce?
Also i see a lot of alloy nuts, are they better or should i get some old fashioned steel ones?

Am looking at these

if you are looking for low cost, go with steel.

beware, alot of fakes on ebay.

The rest depends on what you plan to do with the car and if you are willing to check/retighten your lugnuts often or not...if not, go with steel.

i you track the car, go with steel or check after each session if you choos aluminum
