Ok i need a new muffler my stock one feel off last week or so, not the biz while driving in traffic. My integra is pretty much stock with only a short ram intake, but i want a muffler that will give me a power gain. Any suggestions?

I was debating whether an obx muffler would be a good buy, they are relatively cheap off ebay, i was also looking into a dc2 type r stock muffler some are for sale on ebay for around 100 dollars, again is it a good purchase would i see/feel power gains? Just need some other input before i make a purchase i regret.

 

There's no gains to be had by just a muffler especially with stock piping. just weld a piece of 2.5'' pipe on the end ! straight threw AND lighter then a regular muffler....

it's not going to be quiet tho

 

Your not gonna get much/if any gains just from changing the Muffler/Back Box.
Your just gonna get noise from it.
Either put a stock/replacement muffler on or buy a Cat Back.

Thanks for the insight fellahz. Well i opt for a stock muffler from one of my friends, im just going to weld on a nice tip to add some better flow.
