screeching noise back axle
Hi, I have a 1997 Integra type rs. I have a screeching noise coming from my back tire but only when I'm moving and Turing a certain degre. I cant seem to find the noise. Amy help is appreciated. My back wheel was replaced. Hit black ice bent it on a curbe. Had to get a new wheel and a hub stud was sheered right of. Not sure if its coming from this
Check the brake splash guard, make sure it is not loose or bent also make sure a stone or something has not got stuck between it and the disk.
Also check the bearing. 94

I recently checked to see if anything I could see anything rubbing around my wheel. But when I jack it up it doesn't make the noise no matter how much spin the wheel. It only makes the noise while im driving. It goes on and off when I change lanes. If get on a slightly curved road it will stop from the pressure.
Could it be a bent rotor is slightly bent?

You would think if the rotor was "bent" you would hear it all the time, even up in the air.
Does stepping on the brake a little when the noise is there change anything? 94
