car is a 95 ex. The problem is that when the car sits long and I try to start it the fuel pump wont prime and relay wont click. If I use a tester to test the yellow/green wire then turn the key to acc then itll show voltage and itll prime and relay will click. If I dont use a tester it just wont turn on at all. I also tired testing the other wires and it shows it has voltage. I also used the ground on the main relay itself to test and it shows voltage meaning theres power and ground is just fine. Im stumped and lost in this one. Help is greatly appreciated.
