Default Accord Intake Issues

I have a 2000 Honda Accord and every time I put in an aftermarket short ram intake in the car, it only starts when it's cool. If I go run an errand, and leave the car sitting for 20 mins, the car won't start. I'll have to wait for it to cool a bit before it will start again. It has this problem with both a cheap intake from say Autozone and Expensive ones from AEM. I've cleaned the entire intake system, checked for any fuses, eliminated it being a fuel pump issue, and replaced the main relay. If I put the stock intake in the car, it works just fine with no issues. Could it be the hoses going into the intake? Maybe it's not creating enough of a vacuum when I use an aftermarket intake?
Any ideas?

They aren't any vacuum controlled hoses anywhere near the intake. This doesn't really sound like an intake problem.

What do you think the problem could be? Like I said, it runs fine with the stock intake, but for this to occur with two aftermarket intakes, the problem would be something with the intakes.
