K20z1 into an ep3

How hard would it be to swap a k20z1 out of a 2006 type s into my 2003 Civic Si? I'd be using the tranny that's in the car now. Can I use the sensors from my k20a3? This is basically a bare long block.

I could have it done in one day... That's how easy it is. Your going to need a K pro of course to tune it.
