Default jdm f22 sohc non vtec into 96 accord(misfire)

im getting a random misfire code. i've replace sparkplugs/wires/dist/(its internal coil conversion) i've correctly ran the ckp,tdc sensors to the new internal coil dizzy. i am using the jdm intake manifold/fuel rail and dont have access to my 96 intake manifold at the moment. My question is..
Was i suppossed to swap my 96 manifold and fuel rail to the obd1 jdm motor?
Are the injectors different?

I take it that the JDM intake manifold has an EGR system?
Have you checked the EGR manifold and ports are free and clear of carbon build up and soot?
If the EGR ports are plugged there will be a lean misfire.

the vtec has an internal coil while the nonvtec is external coil...without any other real information based on what exactly you are trying to do I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to help you

Both manifolds have egr on it. the usdm and jdm one. Ive read somewhere that the injectors are different and i would need to either use my usdm fuel rail or buy an obd2 to obd1 adapter. Im confused because the obd2 plugs currently on the car plugged right upto the jdm injectors without any midifications. I ONLY misfire on the highway above 60 mph which leads me to believe its fuel related

What rpm range? All the way from 2000rpm to redline? Or just around 2500rpm?

local driving is ok and the car seems to have power but once on the highway at around 60 mph is when my check engine light flashes. 60 mph roughly around 2500-3000 rpm i believe
